One facility, from sequence to sealed vial

Four operations run in the same building. The material does not leave it between them.

The laboratory manufactures and releases every lot it supplies.

    Synthesis

    Sequences are assembled by solid-phase peptide synthesis.

    Purification

    Crude peptide is purified by preparative HPLC.

    Lyophilisation

    The purified solution is freeze-dried into a cake.

    Fill and finish

    Vials are filled by mass, stoppered and crimp-sealed.

Every vial leaves with a lot number and a certificate of analysis. A repacker cannot say that, because the number would not be its own.
